Salary: $1.45-1.87M NT/year

What you will do

• Own and manage stage-gate project schedules, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across suppliers, product, engineering, operations, marketing, and creative teams.
• Plan, track, and report on milestones from concept through design, development, validation, production, and launch.
• Proactively identify and manage risks to timelines, escalating issues and driving resolution.
• Coordinate supplier deliverables within assigned product categories.
• Lead regular project meetings, communicate status, and manage change requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in a stage-gate or product launch environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and presenting updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and implement solutions proactively.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting software.
