What you will do

• Manage multiple software development teams to deliver business value.
• Run technical team and project meetings, focusing on next actions.
• Oversee and guide project planning, capacity planning, and roadmap planning.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate potential problems, issues, or risks.
• Own all project-related communication, both within the team and with the organization.
• Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered and take ownership.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in software development project management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills.
• Experience working with global teams in varying time zones and remote locations.
• Proven experience implementing standard project management and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with technical IT topics including programming, networking, webservers, and VMWare.
• Comfortability or experience working on a Mac machine.
