Salary: $170,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate AI-ready data platforms leveraging Snowflake and cloud-native services.
• Architect and deliver conversational Data & AI Assistants integrated with Slack, Gemini, and enterprise systems.
• Partner with data analysts and business SMEs to translate business questions into reliable data products and AI experiences.
• Design and implement LLM-powered integrations and RAG-based data access patterns.
• Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and resiliency of data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor, setting engineering best practices and raising the bar across teams, championing SRE, DevOps, and FinOps practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, AI platforms, or cloud-native systems.
• 5+ years operating as a senior or principal-level individual contributor.
• Proven experience building and operating enterprise AI and data platforms at scale.
• Strong background in production operations, SRE, and platform reliability.
• Proficiency with Snowflake (including Snowpark), cloud platforms (AWS preferred), LLM platforms (Gemini, Glean, Salesforce AI), RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with modern data stacks (dbt, orchestration frameworks, batch and streaming pipelines), AI/ML platforms (Gemini, SageMaker, Bedrock), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
