Salary: $202,800 - $330,000 a year

What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement GenAI-powered products and features with other AI and ML engineers.
• Lead projects to enable and scale business with large AI customers and partners, focusing on personal finance use cases.
• Develop preferred integration patterns for hirify.global with AI providers, including API adaptations and building official hirify.global MCP Servers.
• Redefine how hirify.global’s consumer link experience embeds into conversational interfaces.
• Architect the trust layer for future agentic commerce, aiming for industry standards.
• Scale and extend existing AI-powered customer experience solutions, such as multi-turn customer support agents.

Requirements

• Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs to build and ship products, iterating with real user feedback.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with evaluation and monitoring frameworks for open-ended tasks, streaming, and SSE.
• Familiarity with common UX and design patterns for GenAI-powered products.
• Strong debugging and monitoring experience for production systems.

Nice to have

• Experience training, serving, or fine-tuning ML models for domain-specific use cases in production.
• Comfortable operating in privacy/PII-sensitive environments and applying compliance mitigations.
