Salary: $105,800.00 – $185,450.00 USD

What you will do

• Co-design and develop human-centric AI solutions with customers for the Tax and Accounting product portfolio.
• Build AI features for intelligent document processing, automated workflows, and AI-powered analytics.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and focused on product experience.
• Enable other teams and apply AI solutions across multiple products and customer segments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and researchers in fast feedback cycles.
• Practice Agile and XP methodologies, including BDD/TDD and pair programming.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development, including 1+ year hands-on with LLMs or AI systems (NLP preferred).
• Experience with Python and full-stack development.
• 3+ years leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile/XP practices (TDD/BDD, pair programming) and startup-like environments.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
• Experience with Azure AI services, advanced AI frameworks, or multi-modal AI systems.
• Background in document processing, financial data analysis, or B2B professional software.
• Experience with MLOps, AI governance, RAG.
• Understanding of UX/UI.
