What you will do

• Contribute to the development and execution of market-specific content strategies aligned with global direction and local cultural nuances.
• Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to optimization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Act as the brands' expert on the local market, understanding local culture, communities, and social media trends.
• Support brand managers in creating clear and insightful briefs for agency partners and the local creator ecosystem.
• Analyze content performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and adapt content strategy to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Lead content production efforts via traditional and Gen AI driven approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading creative content teams or projects, ideally in the Wellbeing & Beauty category.
• Demonstrable experience in the production of social and content assets.
• Strong understanding of local market culture, communities, social media platforms, and trends.
• Proven strategic and creative skills with a track record of creating engaging, on-brand content.
• Experience exploring and implementing new content creation technologies, including a willingness to experiment with AI tools.
• Proven success briefing, managing, and collaborating effectively with external agencies.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring content performance, deriving insights, and optimizing strategy.
• Work format: Hybrid role based in Sydney, Australia.
• Employment type: Maximum Term Contract until 31 December 2026.
