TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy synthetic conversational agents for customer self-service and internal agent assistance.
  • Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs to support conversational workflows and integrations.
  • Develop and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and ES.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Integrate and manage APIs using Apigee for secure, scalable API lifecycle management.
  • Create and monitor Splunk dashboards for observability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX and/or Dialogflow ES.
  • Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
  • Proven prompt engineering experience for LLM-driven conversational systems.
  • Experience with API management platforms, preferably Apigee.
  • Experience creating and using Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analytics.
  • Must be local to Chandler, AZ 85286

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
  • Understanding of conversational UX principles and user-centered design.
  • Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
