What you will do

Design, develop, and deploy synthetic conversational agents for customer self-service and internal agent assistance.
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs to support conversational workflows and integrations.
Develop and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and ES.
Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
Integrate and manage APIs using Apigee for secure, scalable API lifecycle management.
Create and monitor Splunk dashboards for observability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX and/or Dialogflow ES.
Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Proven prompt engineering experience for LLM-driven conversational systems.
Experience with API management platforms, preferably Apigee.
Experience creating and using Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analytics.
