Location: Work from a home and/or hirify.global's offices in Berlin or Munich.

What you will do

  • Serve as a Partner Sales Engineer to increase partner success and hirify.global sales.
  • Build and grow trusted relationships with strategic and emerging partners.
  • Guide partners through platform capabilities and best practices in hirify.global sandbox environments.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and design solutions aligning product capabilities with customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to support partner-led opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably within SaaS, AI, CCaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong consultative skills to tailor solutions to customer and partner needs.
  • Solid technical aptitude to work hands-on in demo or sandbox environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or enabling technology or services partners.
  • Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, voice bots, chatbots, VOIP/ Telephony, or contact center technologies.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
