What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D animations for social feeds, website, and screens.
• Manage the entire video production process, from shooting interviews and events to editing, adding captions, music, and color grading.
• Design static and dynamic social content for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Ensure all social assets align with core brand guidelines while actively exploring creative boundaries.
• Build MOGRTs to enable the team to produce simple posts more efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Motion Design / Social Creative (Agency or In-house).
• Proficiency with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Shooting skills: Comfortable operating a camera, setting up basic lights, and recording clean audio.
• Social Media Native: Understands safe zones, vertical formats, pacing, and what captures user attention.
• Ability to prioritize creative efforts based on business impact and deadlines.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• 3D skills (Blender/C4D) for simple assets (e.g., credit card animations).
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment (making complex topics engaging).
• Photography skills.
