• Create features to provide merchants with flexible financing options and cash flow management.
• Solve complex challenges, driving innovative solutions for payment processing and financing.
• Collaborate with world-class Senior & Staff engineers to build the latest financial products.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and an exceptional developer experience.
• Engage across teams to translate complexities into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Experience in the fintech space such as payments, trading, or gambling.
• Strictly typed professional coding experience in Java (Kotlin, .Net, Go, or Rust alternatively).
• You translate technical complexities into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with relational and noSQL databases such as Postgres , BigQuery , BigTable.
• Solid background in engineering best practices & CI/CD.
