Location: Warsaw (hybrid; 1-2 days/week onsite)

Salary: PLN 11'000 – 14'500 monthly base salary

What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR administration across Switzerland, the UK, and Poland.
• Act as the go-to person for employee HR questions and requests.
• Run and optimize HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, Small Improvements, Go1).
• Coordinate monthly payroll with internal teams, Finance, and external providers.
• Act as local People & Office contact in Warsaw, coordinating basic office administration and vendors.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR Operations / HR Administration / People Ops.
• Hands-on experience running day-to-day HR admin in an international environment.
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations; UK experience strongly preferred.
• Being fluent in English and Polish is a must, fluent in German is a big plus.
