What you will do
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from joining hirify.global through to ongoing development.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
- Keep HR records and systems accurate and up to date.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day facilities needs.
- Work with external suppliers and service partners on office moves, improvements, and projects.
- Support local health & safety requirements, including fire safety and first aid cover.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR admin, office admin, or similar support role.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling different priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of confidentiality.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Work onsite in Cardiff, United Kingdom.
