Focus on troubleshooting complex technical challenges in production and driving improvements to engineering best practices.

What you will do

• Build new platform features such as smart queuing, appointment scheduling, and customer journey automation.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across our stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges in production.
• Drive improvements to engineering best practices, tooling, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications
• Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, or Java
• Experience working with cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and system design
• Great communication skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts to cross-functional teams
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Previously worked at a startup or on a SaaS product
• Exposure to Firebase, Firestore, BigQuery, Angular/React, or Node.js
