TL;DR

Brand Designer (Audio AI): Creating on-brand assets for static marketing, presentations, events, product illustrations, and company merchandise with an accent on enhancing brand presence and visual communication. Focus on collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful design work and ensuring brand consistency across diverse projects.

Location: Remote, can be executed globally. Preferred offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Design visually compelling assets for socials, blog posts, and decks.
• Develop illustrations and graphics for our marketing website and product interfaces.
• Create engaging visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials.
• Design unique company merch that reflects our brand identity.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with Growth, Video, Design, and Ops teams to deliver impactful design work.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
• Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt to hirify.global' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
• Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
• Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales.

Nice to have

• Experience working with tech or AI-focused companies.
• Knowledge of current design trends in the tech and AI space.
• Illustration skills for creating custom graphics and icons.
• Basic animation or motion graphics capabilities.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
