What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and GitHub Actions for rapid deployments.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to drive DevOps best practices and operational excellence.
• Implement site reliability engineering practices and improve observability using Datadog or similar tools.
• Lead engineering initiatives and provide technical leadership in infrastructure as code and cloud security.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Belgrade, Serbia with hybrid work model requiring on-site presence
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering focused on Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD automation tools like ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and performance tuning in distributed systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloudflare, Terragrunt, AWS Code Pipeline, and AWS certifications like Solutions Architect - Professional.
