What you will do

• Analyze global and regional market trends, gathering insights from clients in collaboration with Sales.
• Contribute to shaping new ideas and product features, defining process flows, business architecture and delivery plans.
• Gather, refine and document requirements from stakeholders to meet client needs and align with market and regulatory standards.
• Act as a point-of-contact between business and technical product teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Own and maintain reports to track progress, identify blockers, and propose actions for success.
• Assist in communicating product plans, results to stakeholders, and generating informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in the future of the banking industry and technology evolution.
• Energetic, continuous learner striving for high-quality work.
• Hands-on mentality with resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
• Confident in coordinating communication between stakeholders, building trust and engaging contributors.
