What you will do

• Help provision and maintain on-prem and local development infrastructure with Ansible.
• Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines by monitoring stability and reducing build times.
• Assist in strengthening security across infrastructure and CI/CD.
• Support automated versioning, packaging, and traceability of software artifacts.
• Help build and maintain simulation environments to speed up development and testing.
• Write automation scripts in Python or Bash to generate configs, dashboards, reports, or lightweight monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Curiosity and a strong automation-first mindset, with a desire to get comfortable with Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
• A basic understanding of cloud and on-prem infrastructure concepts.
• Good knowledge of Linux fundamentals, networking and troubleshooting approaches.
• Some exposure to Docker or containerization concepts and a desire to learn more.
• Solid Git and Bash fundamentals and willingness to grow into stronger branching and release practices.
• A habit of writing things down: good documentation, clean notes, and helping improve team workflows.

Nice to have

• Interest in embedded systems workflows or at least excitement to learn how DevOps supports firmware, simulators, and specialized testing.
