What you will do

• Build and nurture the Engineering Enablement team.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for developer tooling, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Implement streamlined CI/CD pipelines and processes that balance speed of delivery with security and quality.
• Cultivate engineering excellence through shared best practices, standards, and documentation.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify and address friction points and productivity bottlenecks.
• Enable effective onboarding experiences for new engineers.

Requirements

• Having worked as a software engineer, you understand developer needs and challenges.
• Experience in guiding teams focused on developer productivity, platform engineering, and developer experience.
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions, GitOps), testing frameworks, and developer tooling ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices and implementation.
• Familiarity with developer portals, internal platforms, and self-service tooling.
• Effective communication skills for connecting technical concepts with business value.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and LLM integration into tool chains.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes, mesh networking and service discovery.
• Knowledge of authentication systems and API gateways such as Kong.
