What you will do

  • Support US districts by addressing issues and questions, coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, Tech, and Account Management teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for districts, helping them set up and adapt to digital platforms.
  • Foster strong client relationships by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic in every interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with US Account Management to align customer needs and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes that will support growth across the Americas.

Requirements

  • Excellent Spanish/English communication skills, both spoken and written, with confidence to lead meetings and calls with US clients.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized, while being willing to dive into details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Analytical, problem-solving approach, with creativity to find efficient solutions.
