What you will do

• Lead and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
• Drive technical execution and delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Facilitate and continuously improve team processes, including development, planning, on-call rotations, and bug triage.
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business teams to align technical strategy with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in quality, velocity, and efficiency.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 1+ years in a management role.
• Strong technical background in software development, cloud platforms, and modern architecture.
• Experience working in agile development environments and driving process improvements.
• Experience working on large projects spanning multiple teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a curious, growth-oriented mindset.
