What you will do

• Manage prospective clients through complete 6-12 week website build processes.
• Coordinate with Sydney-based design partners and manage client feedback cycles.
• Perform simple website updates and modifications using WordPress and Beaver Builder.
• Support internal marketing efforts and manage content creation for client accounts.
• Document and systematize processes to support company scaling.
• Manage project workflows using Asana and collaborate via Slack, Teams, and Google Drive.

Requirements

• Mid-level project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong WordPress knowledge and familiarity with Beaver Builder.
• Native-level English proficiency with the ability to adapt to Australian business communication styles.
• Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Teams, Google Drive, and Notion.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva for social media and marketing content creation.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or professional services industries.
• Photoshop experience.
