Project Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be able to align their working hours with Dubai (GST / UTC+4) within ±2 hours.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain a centralized project tracking and reporting system across teams.
• Support the development and use of standardized project management templates and ways of working.
• Help create and maintain a clear, prioritized project pipeline, providing visibility across departments.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional project check-ins to support alignment and resolve delivery blockers.
• Prepare clear, concise project updates for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Assist department heads with planning and sequencing work to improve transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a project management role, including at least 3 years working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering projects in a trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency environment.
• Strong organizational and clear, structured communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience creating Business Requirements Documents and translating stakeholder needs into clear delivery plans.
• Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery approaches.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving environments, with exposure to regulated or technical domains.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential.
