What you will do
- Partner on the strategy and execution of the company’s web presence, including website, product pages, documentation entry points, and campaign landing experiences.
- Manage a team of web developers and producers, prioritizing tasks and fostering cross-functional communication.
- Collaborate with growth, design, content, product marketing, demand generation, SEO, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into web experiences, particularly for self-service and pricing tools.
- Define governance, standards, and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility across all web assets.
- Oversee front-end development, CMS operations, deployment processes, and site performance optimization.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in web development, web management, or digital product.
- 3+ years managing technical teams, including front-end developers, agency partners, or external engineering vendors.
- Experience guiding architecture with proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, component libraries).
- Hands-on familiarity with Sanity CMS or another modern headless CMS.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, page performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
