Location: In-office location: Mountain View, California, United States. Candidates must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week).

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Develop and lead the social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, and YouTube.
• Build and manage a unified social presence that resonates with developers and enterprise audiences.
• Drive influencer and creator partnerships within the developer ecosystem.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to align messaging and amplify launches.
• Build demo-driven content programs showcasing Inworld technology.
• Oversee social listening and community engagement to shape conversation around AI and developer innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social media strategy for a developer-focused brand.
• Deep understanding of developer culture, community dynamics, and relevant social platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical background or strong familiarity with developer tools, APIs, or software workflows.
• Track record of building brand visibility, engagement, and community across multiple channels.
• Ability to blend creativity with data to drive measurable outcomes.
