TL;DR

Talent Sourcer (Researcher): Searching candidates for tech and non-tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources. Focus on keeping the candidate database neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines.

Location: Office-based role in Hammersmith. Flexible working hours and work from home allowed when needed. Expectation of being in the office at least four days a week.

Salary: £34,000/year (gross) and quarterly performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Search for candidates for tech and non-tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc
• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
• Maintain candidate database (Greenhouse) and ensure hiring teams follow the guidelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment
• Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage
• Self-discipline
• Good command of English
