Social Media & Marketing Executive (Marketing): Taking full ownership of hirify.global’s social media presence and playing a central role in the delivery of our marketing communications with an accent on shaping brand narrative across digital platforms, growing and engaging community. Focus on delivering impactful social coverage of events and partner activations, managing above-the-line initiatives.

Location: Office-based role located in Hammersmith. Team members expected to be in the office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with campaign calendars and brand objectives.
• Oversee content production end-to-end, including briefing design and creative teams, coordinating shoots, and approving content.
• Provide on-site support at key events for live coverage and real-time community engagement.
• Write marketing copy across owned channels, maintaining a consistent, premium tone of voice.
• Support the delivery and analysis of integrated campaigns, working closely with internal teams to track performance.
• Manage above-the-line initiatives such as OOH, inflight, and print placements, in collaboration with the wider marketing team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing and growing social media channels, particularly Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand tone and storytelling.
• Strong visual sense and experience working with designers and creative teams to produce high-quality content.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Prior experience working with luxury brands or passion for luxury.
