What you will do

• Prepare and process fiat and crypto payment lists for vendors and intercompany transactions.
• Execute payments using online banking software.
• Record and monitor customer receipts, PSP settlements, crypto inflows, and executed payments in NetSuite.
• Perform bank reconciliations for fiat and crypto accounts using NetSuite and ZoneReconcile.
• Monitor cash positions and liquidity across entities and currencies.
• Support month-end close and ensure correct use of approval flows and controls for treasury processes in NetSuite.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in treasury, payments, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite in a treasury or payments context.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite processes including bill payments, customer payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience working with crypto wallets and digital asset flows.
• Experience supporting multiple legal entities and multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
