Salary: $95,400 to $106,000 a year

What you will do

• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and recommend solutions for business problems.
• Build and deliver solutions to identified business problems.
• Design and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards for real-time operational visibility.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to inform product and operational resourcing.
• Monitor existing operational processes and implement analytical tools for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• 1+ years working with SQL, big-data SQL engines, and relational database management systems.
• Must be based in Chicago and open to a hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years in Business Operations at a technology/logistics company or a strategic analytical role (e.g., Consulting).
• High technical proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Sheets / Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience with Python or R.
