What you will do

  • Architect and develop systems and processes for operating a large enterprise multi-account AWS footprint.
  • Implement preventive controls and guardrails within AWS accounts and AWS Organizations to enforce standardization and prevent policy violations.
  • Architect for high availability, scalability, observability, and disaster recovery in the context of AWS governance tooling.
  • Evangelize cloud governance best practices and drive improvements to the multi-account strategy as AWS service offerings evolve.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Mentor other engineers and promote best practices in software design, testing, operational excellence, and secure coding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
