Location: Mostly remote with once per week visit to the office in central London.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum + 10% Bonus + 10% of salary given as stock options.

What you will do

• Work with customer teams to understand platforms, uncover inefficiencies, and shape cloud and DevOps improvement plans.
• Architect and deliver cloud-native systems for scale, high availability, and modern security standards.
• Drive the adoption of automated delivery practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Support and coach less-experienced engineers to raise technical standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into clear technical priorities.
• Contribute to defining project scope and ensure work is delivered on time and within constraints.

Requirements

• Strong background in building and running cloud platforms designed for scale, reliability, and security.
• Hands-on experience automating infrastructure using code-driven approaches and modern tooling.
• Practical knowledge of container platforms and orchestration in production environments.
• Solid understanding of public cloud architecture and services, with a focus on Azure -based solutions.
• Experience working with modern delivery practices, including CI/CD workflows, source control, and container-based builds.
• Must be eligible for SC clearance, or already SC cleared.
