What you will do

• Define and embed operational excellence standards across engineering teams.
• Provide consultancy and support to engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Design and conduct operational maturity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance and implementing enhancements.
• Define and evolve operational excellence strategy in alignment with hirify.global Product Group objectives.
• Represent the hirify.global in external forums and contribute to industry thought leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience in leading operational excellence initiatives within large-scale software engineering and/or SRE functions.
• Deep expertise in software engineering best practices, SRE, and implementation of operational standards for distributed, cloud-native systems.
• Proven ability to drive strategy definition and sponsor business cases for operational improvements.
• Demonstrated success in designing operational maturity assessments and continuous improvement programs.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Recognized industry presence and experience representing a technology organization in external forums.
