We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant to join our International Recruitment Team, focusing on IT, Digital, Product, etc. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with a Team Lead, directly contributing to complex project closures with a heavy focus on deep, research-driven project work.

Key Responsibilities:
— Executive Search Delivery: Proactive search and assessment of candidates for Product, IT, and Data roles
— Market Research & Analytics: Market mapping of tech companies and ecosystems. Analyzing global labor market trends
— Full-Cycle Support: Assisting from initial sourcing and interviews to organizing client meetings and supporting the offer stage
— Data Management: Maintaining and updating the candidate database (CRM) and analyzing the effectiveness of sourcing channels
— Expertise Development: Rapidly immersing yourself in the specifics of IT, Product Management, and Data to engage in confident dialogue with high-level candidates

What we expect from you:
— 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, HR, consulting, analytics, or the Product/IT sector. An understanding of processes and roles within tech companies is a major plus
— English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher is mandatory for interacting with international candidates and clients
— Language Skills: Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
— Mindset: Analytical skills and a genuine curiosity about technology and business
— Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
— Soft Skills: Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within an expert environment
