What you will do

• Manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Select relevant candidates using various tools and methods, and build a candidate pipeline through sourcing and networking.
• Interview candidates in earlier stages, including personal interviews and English checks.
• Coordinate with technical interviewers, collect and give feedback.
• Work on recruiting projects and perform recruiting tasks with a positive communication style.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in-house in outsource company in recruiting IT specialists 2+ years.
• Successful closing of 4-5 vacancies per month.
• Spoken and written English at least Upper-Intermediate.
• Higher Education (preferably in Human Resources).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Strong desire to work in an IT environment and grow as a Recruitment Specialist.
