TL;DR

Senior BI Data Analyst (BI): Assisting the AI team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to transform how medical professionals work, with an accent on producing global reports as the primary and most reliable source of information. Focus on identifying business opportunities, executing end-to-end BI projects, and developing prediction/classification models using Python/R.

Location: 100% remote-friendly within Spain or hybrid with hub in Barcelona

What you will do

• Derive actionable insights and recommendations from data.
• Support the business in identifying opportunities and making data-driven decisions.
• Execute end-to-end BI projects and act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Create, automate, and visualize reports and analysis for management and local teams.
• Develop prediction/classification models using Python/R once independent in the role.
• Work daily with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience using SQL to derive actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling, especially with advanced BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics.
• Experience in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and executing end-to-end BI projects.
• Experience using GitHub.
• English: Very good business level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand.
• Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Experience using Airflow and dbt.
