What you will do

• Monitor and urgently respond to active events.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or ticket.
• Resolve issues related to network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Wireless), Webex Contact Center, Microsoft, and Citrix.
• Ensure tickets are addressed and resolved within specified SLAs.
• Write knowledge base and runbook articles for the operations team and customers.
• Participate in planning, designing, and engineering services for client infrastructure changes.

Requirements

• One industry accepted associate-level certification (e.g., Network+, CCNA) or comparable experience, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Basic level networking knowledge (IPV4, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Basic understanding of security, data center technologies, and virtualization.
• Ability to perform basic Windows & Linux Server administrative tasks.
• Experience with a monitoring and ticketing platform.
• Advanced customer service skills and professional demeanor.
