What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and change management activities for merchant acquiring and payments clients.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact, managing communication, expectations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver implementations on time and within scope.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Support client onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Experience as an Implementation Manager, Change Manager, or Project Manager within payments or merchant acquiring environments.
• Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment processing, and onboarding workflows.
• Hands-on experience with FIS and/or Cybersource tools or platforms.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand system integrations and configurations.
