Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in research, design, or product roles, including agency or consultancy experience.
- Depth in user research, service design, UX/UI design, or content strategy.
- Ability to navigate and create clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Ground decisions in research, data, and user context.
- Lead through influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Care deeply about craft and outcomes while being pragmatic about constraints.
