Lead / Senior Product Designer: Own end-to-end design for a multi-product platform focusing on sustainable supply chain management, ensuring user needs and business goals are met. Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (4 days a month)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery through delivery for core product features.
• Translate complex systems, data, and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to shape product strategy and define requirements.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to synthesize actionable insights.
• Contribute to and maintain a robust design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Leverage usage data and behavioral analytics to validate and iterate on designs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design with a strong portfolio.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, visual design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficient in conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing using various tools.
• Experience using product metrics and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong collaboration, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to think at a systems level and contribute to product strategy in agile environments.
