What you will do

• Define technical strategy and roadmap for building in-house AI-powered solutions.
• Partner with product, design, and other engineering teams to build end-to-end AI applications.
• Solve the most technically challenging issues and eliminate development risks.
• Drive engineering best practices including design quality, operational reviews, and incident management.
• Serve as the technical leader for a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, serving as the technical owner for software systems.
• Experience designing and building end-to-end, full-stack cloud-native applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• History of raising the engineering quality bar, focusing on execution and operational rigor.
• English: B2 required
• Work authorization for the US required.
