Senior AI Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $160,000–$230,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and build AI products within hirify.global’s ecosystem.
• Work with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to understand needs.
• Plan and execute solutions for financial crime investigations.

Requirements

• Experience using inference via API (e.g., Bedrock, Anthropic, or OpenAI APIs).
• Experience managing token usage and prompt engineering.
• Experience with evaluation set writing and analysis.
• Strong in Python or other Object-Oriented programming languages.
• Experience working with, optimizing, and creating schema across different datastores.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform or equivalents.
• Experience building & managing distributed systems.
• Experience with typical SaaS dev workflow (design, source control, automated build/deployments, code reviews, testing).
• Must be based in one of the following U.S. states: AZ, CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, KS, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA.
