TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Medtech): Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, delivery partners, and patients, resolving issues and answering questions with an accent on customer support interactions, relationship development, and day-to-day operations. Focus on being the subject matter expert, utilizing soft skills and technical aptitude, and assisting with challenging client requests.

Location: Remote (USA). May work from home or in ScriptDrop’s corporate office in Columbus, OH.

Salary: $4,308–$6,539 (monthly, USD)

What you will do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer support matters (inbound and outbound).
  • Accurately document customer support interactions in SalesForce cases.
  • Develop relationships with customers, including pharmacies, courier companies, and patients.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all systems and processes related to customer support.
  • Manage day-to-day courier and pharmacy operations and assist in manual tasks.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills through phone, email, and chat interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pace work environment.
  • Experience with tools similar to Slack and SalesForce.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customers.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience handling difficult or complicated customer service issues is required.

Nice to have

  • Some college experience.
  • Experience handling various levels of business partners.
