Salary: Monthly $2,880–$3,040 USD (Hourly $18.00–$19.00 USD)

What you will do

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls for product support and customer education.
  • Log call notes in Salesforce and create JIRA tickets for development.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate clients on product enhancements and guide them through corporate intranets.
  • Troubleshoot issues by researching account activity and following up on resolutions.
  • Promote hirify.global services and products including websites, domain names, and digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility in work schedule for 10 AM - 7 PM CT.
