What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into possible improvements to our product.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software, conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate on system design, tech stack decisions and optimizations for scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Guide technical direction for major initiatives, shape product evolution, and mentor team members.
• Improve processes, tools and team practices while fostering a culture of learning and growing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and ultimately into code.
• Take responsibility for your technical work, for the product we build and the team we shape.
• Proactively support team goals, close gaps and simplify complex systems.
