What you will do

• Develop and execute organic influencer strategies to expand visibility of our products among gaming, entertainment, and lifestyle audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with content creators, from up-and-coming to established influencers.
• Lead the hirify.global Creator Program and other creator-focused programs and serve as the the company’s primary point of contact for influencers, opinion leaders and their representatives.
• Create and implement creative campaigns and pitches to secure meaningful coverage and content opportunities.
• Organize and secure reviews/previews for our products in partnership with the Public Relations team.
• Manage and grow the community of creators interested in covering our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer management, PR, talent management, or as a content creator (Already established network of existing relationships with creators is a significant plus).
• Deep understanding of creator trends and social media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Instagram, TikTok and others).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and experience in developing memorable creator experiences.
• Passion for gaming, particularly the Dying Light franchise.
