Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do

• Configure medium to high complexity CRM events, lifecycles, and campaigns using internal tools.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate execution of campaigns and lifecycles.
• Monitor campaign performance and report any irregularities.
• Coordinate external communication channels using email and push notifications.
• Provide creative copy support to social media platforms and prepare art briefs.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, Art, Product, Solutions, Data Science, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Good technical knowledge with attention to detail.
• Passion for gaming and a desire to learn more.
• Experience in marketing campaign execution or QA.
• Team-oriented approach and familiarity with diverse communication methods.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with global teams.
• Strong sense of priorities to get things done efficiently.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Great interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Logical thinking for managing complex tasks.
