What you will do

• Plan, set up, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across clients and markets.
• Own day-to-day optimization and performance development of complex accounts.
• Manage budgets and proactively advise clients on insights, performance, and growth opportunities.
• Lead client meetings and act as a trusted Paid Search advisor.
• Report on performance with a clear focus on business impact and decision-making.
• Contribute strategically to new business initiatives, including pitches, audits, and solution design.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience within Paid Search in an agency or in-house.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and experience with data optimization, such as Google Ads.
• Are a skilled communicator who thrives on engaging with clients both in person and digitally.
• Are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Focus on details to ensure your deliverables are precise and well-executed.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
