What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information about the platform and its features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using a CRM system.
- Support the improvement of Customer Development operation.
Requirements
- Must be located in California, Colorado, or Texas.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or support, using technical documentation.
- At least 6 months of experience troubleshooting hardware or software remotely.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain new technologies, product updates, and systems to end users.
- Experience communicating customer issues to internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
