Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Build and run Zinco’s founder-led content engine.
• Conduct weekly founder interviews to extract sharp insights and ghostwrite high-signal posts.
• Create proof points that convert, including case studies, objection-killers, and landing pages.
• Own content distribution and growth loops, managing primary channels and inbound campaigns.
• Coordinate co-marketing content with partners and build lightweight SEO clusters.
• Set up content systems, track performance beyond vanity metrics, and ensure content is usable by sales and client teams.

Requirements

• Strong writer in Spanish and English with at least 2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communication.
• Commercial mindset, thinking in terms of pipeline, objections, and conversion.
• High judgment to distinguish signal from noise and avoid hiding behind "brand".
• Client/Workflow curious, able to extract real insights from complex SME realities.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B services, vertical SaaS, or tech-enabled marketplace/rollups.
