What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into user-focused, well-implemented features.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that enables scalability, fast iteration, and experimentation.
• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture, helping improve team processes, tools, and development practices.
• Deliver features and experiments efficiently, and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Understand user needs and product goals, take part in prototyping and usability testing, and use design systems effectively.
• Own iOS features or areas, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, and suggest improvements to the product.

Requirements

• Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience building, shipping, and maintaining production iOS apps, including at least one published application.
• Good understanding of iOS architecture and best practices, with the ability to independently implement features.
• Experience with automated testing and code quality practices, such as unit/UI tests, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, including metrics and result evaluation.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Lithuanian is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Android (Kotlin), backend technologies (e.g. Nest.js), or open-source contributions is a plus.
