Location: Remote, must be based in one of the following US states: California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

What you will do
- Lead the refresh of hirify.global’s voice & tone guidelines to create a modern, emotionally resonant brand voice.
- Own and train hirify.global’s internal LLM based on refreshed voice guidelines.
- Develop tools, templates, and training to facilitate cross-functional adoption of the brand voice.
- Own core creative copywriting across brand, marketing, growth, design, and product, including ads, campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across the entire customer funnel.
- Create evergreen creative ideas for social media and ongoing brand storytelling efforts.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or creative writing, preferably at consumer tech companies or with a blend of startup and agency experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaigns, headlines, and end-to-end storytelling.
- Ability to set creative direction and execute hands-on.
- Comfortable using AI for drafting, editing, and scaling content; experience training AI/LLMs on voice & tone is a plus.
- Experience partnering with designers and creative directors, including concepting and pitching ideas.
- Strong operational instincts to build templates, playbooks, and systems for writing quality at scale.
